Wow! When you use the link at the bottom of the story, you see a bunch of duct tape dresses, and they're all quite remarkable!
I'll hold a good thought for Portland to get TOP CHEF, but I'll watch it no matter where it is. One huge kitchen is much like another, after all.
Why am I not surprised at the report on animals? Why has it taken us this long to realize how smart many of them are? Dogs are very astute at making humans their "pack" and adjusting to human behavior. Dolphins have often rescued humans. I like the one about the elephants working together. Humans could take lessons from all three.
Interesting story about the duct tape prom clothes. Like several of the commentors, I'd have liked to have seen a picture.
So, should I be pulling for Portland?

Yup root for Portland, it is a good financial coup for the city and by showing different sites around the city it gets to be good free advertising.
