Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms out there. May this be a special day for all of you.
What did my Mom teach me?
To wear clean underwear because you might be in an accident.
Loyalty. She was loyal to dad to the end and is loyal to me.
Chicken Soup heals all.
The word acceptance is better than the word judgment.
The heart of of a person means more than their sex, orientation, or color.
Women are as good as men and often better.
Enjoy your family.
Put a band aid on it, it will get better.
To have friends, you have to be a friend.
Laugh and enjoy humor. Laugh even through the pain.
And she has taught me so much more. I'm lucky to still have my Mom. For those of you that have lost your moms, may they rest in peace. For those that still have Moms appreciate them. And if you are a Mom go out and have one hell of a day!

Hi Bill and Happy Mothers Day to your mom. I loved your list on what your mom taught you....very funny as the first one is the one I remember most of what my mom taught me,(I actually worry if I have on old n tattered undies when I walk out the door) and the rest is exactly the same!!!! Too funny.

I keep my underwear until there is a hole in it and then I ditch them because I don't want to accidently put on the wrong underwear in case I am in an accident!
I would have love to meet your mom. From the Facebook pictures she was a very beautiful lady.
