Good Ideas, Bad Ideas, Festivals.

This is such a good idea. When I am done with my working days I think I will enjoy them.

This is not such a good idea. Certainly not the best way to light up your life:

Wednesday is always known as hump day. Two days down in the work week. Two days ahead of you. Tomorrow on the downslide. So it is a festive day.

Happy New Year to all of you. Comment Away.

I've read before about the Elder Wisdom Circle and I think it's great. Our elders have so much to share with us and so many younger people don't have grandparents or elder relatives to go to. Every article I've read praises the Circle and its "work."

Good grief, on the "light" stuff. Some of it is scary and it sounds like some of these kids got off darned lucky. It never ceases to amaze me what little ones will put in their mouths.

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the Chinese light festival, ending their New Years celebration. What fun to se.

Happy New Year to you and all the rest here. Have a good rest of the week.

Hi DR

I hadn't heard of them before today's article in The Oregonian but one a super idea. Generations working together.

I think there is no doubt these kids got off lucky but not injured or killed.

I loved the pictures of the Chinese Light festivals!
