Easy. No tree. No danger. Actually, I have a small pre-lighted tree with changeable colors somewhere in the garage. May actually find it this year. It's very pretty and kind of mesmerizing to watch as the colors shift.

It's intriguing to hear that it's a good thing to be able to grow cancer cells in a lab. Of course the benefits become clear, but still...
So many promising treatments coming; so long to wait for them.

Good for planet Lovejoy for surviving the sun, even if 90% of it got burned away. Not really great odds, but it must have been exciting to watch it emerge on the other side.

Hope your visit to the foot doctor is as pleasant as possible for both you and your mom.

This is the same/similar foot surgery you had a year or so ago? Hope all goes well.

Tree is artificial and fireproof and "prelit" or whatever they call it, when the lights are part of the tree. There are none of the breakable ornaments on it this year, altho (knocking wood) Scamp hasn't evinced any real interest in it to date.

Great news on the continuing research on the cancer cells. MUSIC (medical college of SC) was working with G'ville Memorial on very similar research and running clinical trials. Paul's name was on the list for the second set of trials, but he didn't live long enough to be involved in it, unfortunately.

Interesting about the comet. I can imagine the observers' surprise when it came out on the other side.

Hi Pat

I don't have a tree either and I don't even have one hiding in the garage!

They were growing cancer cells at the place I donated my time to several years ago. They were growing them then testing shots to see if they would stop their growth. I wish these promising treatments wouldn't take so long to be approved.

It would have been really exciting to see it come out of the son on the other side.

The foot doctor made out feet feel better!

Hi DR

I usually have to have the procedure done three to four times a year. It has to do with a leftover injury from the accident.

Glad you tree is articial and you are safe! I hope Scamp conitnues to stay awake.

Interest that MUSIC was also working on a like kind project. I wish Paul had been able t0 go through the testing.

I wonder how hot the sun was when the coment kept on traveling through it.
