Good Or Bad Story.

Today we are playing good story or bad story.

http://abclocal.go.com/kabc/story?section=news/local/orange_county&id=8386814

I think the story is kind of sad, while I see the humor in it, I am a little concerned that some ended up in the hospital. I'm going with a good story with a bad ending.

It is informative but it is sad that so many people feel the need to take drugs and drive. I'm going with a informative story which makes it a good story but one with a potential very bad ending.

A three dollar tour. I wouldn't take the tour so I would say it is an unnecessary story which makes it a bad story.

Comment Away.

Queen Elizabeth I of England authored yesterday's quote. "Service is the rent we pay to be living. It is the very purpose of life and not something you do in your spare time." Was authored by the founder and President of the Children's Defense Fund, was the first African American woman admitted to the Mississippi state bar. She has published her ideas in several books. The Measure of Our Success: A Letter to My Children and Yours was a surprising success. She was born in 1939. Who authored today's quote?

Too stupid to put out brownies w/marijuana and not tell anyone. There should be some penalty for that. And I'm for legalizing pot, just don't try to surprise me with it. The story is okay, the perpetrators should be punished.

Second story is informative and scary. Maybe I'm becoming an old fuddy-duddy, but I think there should be heavy penalties for driving under the influence of anything, well, influencing. And even heavier ones for cell phone/texting while driving. Grump!

Some interesting architecture in Vlad's country. I've read some stuff about Vlad in the past. Scary guy, but not "undead". {g} For those who know nothing about the basis for the Dracula stuff, an interesting story.

While I'm all for legalizing marijauna, particularly for medical purposes, passing it out to unsuspecting folks, particularly seniors, seems pretty stupid.

I couldn't get to the article on driving while drugged, but it's no more sensible than driving while drunk. Anything that impairs judgement or reflexes should keep you off the road, IMHO.

Hi Pat

They probably thought they were being funny by wanting to see the elderly high. But it was extremely stupid and I agree with you the perps should be punished and severly.

The second story is a bit scary. They should be heavy penalties for driving under the influence. I do wonder how many people are under the influence of legally prescribed drugs when they drive. Some of the legal ones can cause impaired driving also.

I love the architure in Vlad's country, my favorite part about the story. I don't really believe in the undead but there is a tiny part of me that is a bit frightened by the possibilities.

Hi DR

We all agree giving dope to seniors is pretty stupid.

The second article said while we are paying a lot of attention to driving under the influence of booze we are pretty much ignoring driving under the influence in drugs. Something like twenty states said instances of driving drugged had increased dramtically.
I agree no impairment and no distractions while you are driving.
