Do you ever feel like a blimp?

Looking for a new place to live?

Personally I think someone from Mary's Washington wrote this story. It wasn't listed in the top 20 but I am going with Ashland or Palm Springs.

Can you bear another animal story?

"Everyone has talent. What is rare is the courage to follow the talent to the dark place where it leads." ~ Was said by a woman born in 1942 and as far as I know still living. She is an American author and teacher best known for her fiction and poetry. In her most famous book she created a sensation with its frank treatment of a woman's sexual desires. Although it contains many sexual elements, the book is mainly the account of a young, hypersensitive woman, in her late twenties, trying to find who she is and where she is going. It contains many psychological, humorous, descriptive elements, and rich cultural and literary references. The book tries to answer the many conflicts arising in women in today's world, of womanhood, femininity, love, one's quest for freedom and purpose. I really don't like to fly. Do you have A FEAR OF FLYING? If you do and also know a name that rhymes with song you can tell me who authored today's quote.

The 94 y/o lady had quite a sense of humor after being visited by the blimp. Good for her!

I might move to Superior, CO, if I couldn't afford Boulder. I've been reading Stephen White's books, all set in Boulder, and it does sound appealing, with his descriptions of mountain views. Louisville, CO looks pretty good, too. Or maybe Newcastle or Sammamish, WA. I think I'd need to try a winter there, but I've always visited the area in good weather, so I'm fond of it in memory.

I don't think I'd be happy if a bear barged into my Monopoly game. Or any other game, for that matter. I didn't watch the whole video about bears, but listened to some as I did other things. I got a kick out of them naming one bear "Hemorrhoid" because he was a "pain in the butt", getting into just about everything.

A blimp in the back yard would certainly get anyone's attention. Liked the lady's reaction.

Seems the majority of the top twenty towns were in the northern half of the country. Quite appealing, many of them, but I'm just not into cold weather any more, much as I may whine about heat and humidity.

Yeah, a bear in the back yard gets your attention. Been there, done that.

Hi Pat

The 94 year old certainly took it better than I would have. What a neat lady.

I liked the city in Virginia. I was kind of surprised that most of the top 20 cities were in bad winter climate areas. I am not sure about Boulder but I know Denver has awful winters.

That is really funny about the bear named hemmoroid! When we went to Yellowstone as kids we always run into bears.

Hi DR

The lady's reaction to the blimp makes me thing she would be a fun lady to have a cup of coffe with.

I was kind of surprised that most of the top 20 were bad winter cities. I am opposed to bad winters at my age.

We have had bears, dears, and coyotes in little Sherwood. I don't like any of them being around.
