Aisle 13 - Men's Aisle.

You know what I am kind of offended by the following. Are us men really that dumb? I don't need no freaking men's aisle. I am, frankly, the best shopper in the family. Better than the women in my family. Mom prefers me to shop for her rather than my sister. I'm also an elite shopper at Safeway.

Are single women now going to start hanging out in the men's aisle hoping to meet a caveman?

I wonder if they have Mayonnaise in the men's aisle. I don't eat Mayo for two reasons, it isn't good for me and I don't like it. Still I might have to buy it:

Now an update of sorts on the empty seats at the London Olympics. I think Mr. Canzano captures the moment:

Comment Away.

The "man aisle" sounds downright stupid to me, but I'll give one little caveat to putting it down entirely. I used to use two men's products now and then, a hairspray and a hair dye, and I bought them so rarely that I could never remember where they hid the men's stuff. So for things considered strictly for men, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a special section, if not a whole aisle with someone's idea of what men might want.

I might try that mayo thing, and a nice story there about filling a seat at the Games. That was a particularly appropriate seat-filler. {s}

Hi Pat

The thing that bothers me about the men's aisle is only the stuff that is bad for you is in the aisle. At least from the pictures it seems that why. The grocery store tried this because there was a survey that said 30% more of the men are doing the shopping now for families. If there were healthy stuff in the aisle or the stuff like you mentioned,

I am definitely going to try the mayo thing.

I am glad the military is enjoying something they otherwise wouldn't be able to.
