Fear Not Football Season Is Here.

Ah the start of football season! Oregon Ducks tonight at 7:30. Got my duck pajamas set out. Snacks bought. Two TVs ready to go. Looking forward to a smashing evening after taking Mom to lunch and fixing dinner for Mom and the caregiver tonight.

Some women, wives, and girl friends think the start of football season is also the start of the Highway to Hell:

There also some out that think the start of football seasons starts a secret society, The Brotherhood of Man:

Of course it is amazing the amount of new snacks that are created during football season:

Hope today is a great day and that it is a great holiday weekend for you. Before you go have a stunning holiday, Comment Away.

I will be watching a college football game at 7:30 tonight too, but there will be no quacking involved. :)

I'm happy for all you football fans. Fortunately, about the only time Himself watches football is the Clemson-USC game and I usually join him.

Wouldn't say it's the Highway to Hell. Would say the woman has some serious problems that will require more than a set of headphones to resolve.

The secret sites are somewhat bothersome, most especially the NSA and the information they're collecting. Quite frankly, I suspect much of what they collect is none of their business and has nothing to do with national security. Sometimes, I wonder if they're not as big a threat as the terrorists they claim to be seeking.

As to the chocolate eclair hot dog... Eeew, Ick!

Btw, I 'spaced' on the blue moon last night. However, I just came in from spending a few minutes outside with the girls and we have a gorgeous full moon with a very clear and vivid blue ring around it tonight. Beautiful!

Hi Mary

Both Oregon and Washington won and both are better than people think they are. Washington played a tougher opponent and looked pretty good. Their defense has improved a lot.

Oregon has incredible speed. Better team than last year because a better QB.

Hi DR

Everyone on the West Coast can hardly waith for the USC vs. Oregon game but my guess is you mean a different USC. Clemson looked good yesterday.

I think the woman is plan nuts.
I'd been arrested once, well actually I wouldn't have had to be arrested just a warning would work for me. I'd of changed the song at least.

I also wonder if we shouldn't fear the inner workings more than we fear the terrorists. It seems like we are back to the Hoover era.

I am also with you on the hot dog!

Hi DR

I did look at the moon on Friday night and it was awesome, just a little deeper than last night's.

I was at the gym at 7:30, and was irritated that the Oregon game was on every TV. No Washington whatsoever. I finished up and left, but I have to say, you guys looked really good!

Hi Mary

The problem was the Huskies were on the Pac-12 Network and the Ducks were on ESPN. A lot of the cable services don't have the Pac-12 network yet. It jist started a couple of weeks ago.

I flipped over there during Duck timeouts and half time the Huskies are going to be a top 25 team.
